This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping practices, including delivery times, costs, and other important information.

Delivery Times

Orders ship within 1–2 business days via USPS or FedEx. Delivery within the US takes 3–5 business days.

Order Processing

Order Cut-off Time
2:00 PM  (CST)

Orders placed before the cut-off time will begin processing the same day
Orders placed after the cut-off time will begin processing the next business day

Handling Time

Once your order is confirmed, our team prepares your tools and equipment for shipment. This process typically takes 1-2 business days. We fulfill orders Monday through Saturday.

Transit Time

After your order has been packaged and handed off to our carrier, delivery typically takes 2-3 business days for standard shipping. Shipments leave our facility Monday through Saturday.

Delays:

Weather, carrier issues, or seasonal volume may affect delivery

Lost/damaged:

Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery scan; photos required

Note: We currently do not ship to U.S. territories or P.O. boxes.
