Refund & Return Policy

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return items for a refund or exchange. Returns must be initiated within this timeframe.

Return Requirements

– Unused and in original condition
– In original packaging with all accessories and manuals
– Free from damage not related to manufacturing defects
– Accompanied by original receipt or order confirmation

Items without original packaging
Tools modified or altered from original condition

Return Shipping

Customer Responsibility
– Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error
– We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance
– Items must be properly packaged to prevent damage during return transit
Our Responsibility
We cover return shipping costs when:

– Item received was defective or damaged
– Wrong item was shipped
– Item significantly different from description
