What are your shipping options and costs?

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. Expedited and Overnight shipping options are available at calculated rates, based on order weight, dimensions, and destination, displayed at checkout.

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. The Delivery Estimated 3-5 business days once shipped.

Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on Our Track page or directly on the carrier’s website (USPS or FedEx).

We only ship within the United States.

Returns, Refunds & Warranty

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30 day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied, you can return your item within 30 calendar Days from receipt, provided it is unused, in its original condition, and original packaging. Please see our full Refund & Return Policy for complete details.

Please contact our customer support team at support@cinicam.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days, if approved.

All new products are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty. Cinicam does not provide its own separate warranty on new products beyond our return period. Please refer to our Warranty & Replacement Policy for more information and guidance on manufacturer warranty claims.

If your product is “Dead on Arrival,” please contact us immediately within 72 hour of delivery. We will facilitate a quick resolution, including replacement or refund.
